Per Night Rates

The Kingfisher Bure is FJD 395 per night, and Riversong is FJD $370 per night. A 25% Fiji Government tax will be added to the above rates, which includes the 9% Value Added Tax, 10% Service Tax, and Environmental Tax of 6%. Rates for both buyers are quoted for double occupancy, additional guests can be included for FJD $60/guest/night, with a maximum of four people in Kingfisher. Billing will be made in USD using the daily exchange rate the day of booking. Additionally, a bond of US $200 will be collected for damage protection and will be fully refunded at the end of your stay after the facilities have passed inspection. Damage replacement/repair costs exceeding the amount of the bond deposit will be made by guests prior to departure.

Meals

Our chef offers a wide range of food - from delicious island cuisine to international fare. We use all the land has to offer, including organic fruits, herbs, and vegetables, combined with imported food items to create a variety of exquisite dishes. Meal plans are an additional cost and cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All food is made by a talented chef and his team who could adjust their menus with ease to accommodate vegetarian choices and food allergies. 

Catering is US $50 per day, per couple, plus the cost of food which includes transportation costs to/from the market. Catering is available on a day-to-day basis with a 24-hour advance notice to the manager.

Internet Availability

WiFi is available in the bungalows and common areas of the resort at no charge.

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking and 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Refunds for cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival will be set at 50%, minus any non-recoverable bank fees, credit card, or transaction costs. If the deposit amount or balance is not received in the said timeframes we will assume you have cancelled your booking with us. These cancellations also apply to unforeseen events such as bad weather, illness, flight delays or cancellations, and trip interruption. As such, we encourage guests to carry travel insurance for protection from financial losses due to circumstances such as these.

Laws Responsibility & Liability

The laws of the Republic of Fiji govern these terms and conditions. Any legal action arising from your booking or stay with us shall be governed by the laws of Fiji and shall be litigated in the courts of Fiji. Phoenix Group Ltd will use all due care in the provision of services to guests and guests shall use Salt Lake Lodge facilities at their own risk. Phoenix Group Ltd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or be responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from any such injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, or expense or economic loss howsoever caused.
